My Why

 

You might be curious about why I chose to become a Holistic Health Practitioner. After more than a decade working with clients in the justice system—navigating complex needs, significant mental health challenges, and struggles with unhealthy relationships and addiction—I felt a deep calling to explore a more nurturing approach to healing.

That’s why I founded Bliss Vitality. Here, we focus on creating a truly sustainable and fulfilling life through a compassionate three-pillar system: mindfulness, movement, and nutrition. Instead of relying on temporary solutions, we build lasting wellness from the inside out.
